SY2627 Lead Afterschool Counselor
About the role
Being a Lead Afterschool Counselor at LEEP Dual Language Academy Charter School is an opportunity to step into meaningful leadership while making a real difference in the lives of children. In this role, you’ll guide a group of K–5 students through joyful summer experiences, help shape their sense of belonging, and create moments they’ll remember long after the program ends. As a Lead Counselor, you’ll grow your confidence, strengthen your communication and leadership skills, and learn how to build positive group culture — all while serving as a role model who embodies our core values of love, respect, courage, gratitude, and joy. This position is ideal for someone who finds fulfillment in acts of service, enjoys helping others thrive, and wants to be part of a supportive community where every team member is valued. You’ll not only support children’s growth — you’ll experience your own.
