Our Middle School Director Of Operations
The Middle School Director Of Operations is a key member of the school's leadership team, responsible for ensuring that the non-instructional aspects of school life run smoothly and effectively.
- Lead a 2 - 6 person team to ensure key operational outcomes with a culture of high expectations, clear feedback and continuous improvement
- Develop systems that ensure the facilities and its operations meet standards of operational excellence
- Oversee management of the Student Attendance System
- Staff attendance management in collaboration with Principal
- Manage the school budget
- Cook up and coordinate implementation of safety policies
- Coordinate and implement logistics of school-wide events: field trips, family events, first day of school
- Curriculum and Assessment ordering and logistics
- Manage school security guards
- Oversee the student report card process
- Oversee general aesthetic expectations of the school (bulletin boards, classrooms, signage etc.) creating a welcoming environment for all students, staff and families
Director Of Operations Key Responsibilities

- Expected salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000, depending on experience, level of education, required certifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role
