Switchboard Operator

About the Role

As a Switchboard Operator at Sodexo, you are an adaptable team player and message multitasker. Efficiency and calm in hectic environments is critical to being a support to your team and clients. You may work in any type of location on client premises. This individual is often the initial contact for the facility or department.

Responsibilities

• Operate a telephone console or switchboard to route incoming calls to the appropriate party
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
• May perform additional clerical duties
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience
• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all

Pay

$15.00 per hour - $17.10 per hour

Schedule

Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.
