About the role

The Switchboard Operator will answer the main line to Highland Hospital and direct all incoming calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer the main line to Highland Hospital and direct all incoming calls.
• Work Saturday & Sunday from 3pm-8:30pm and Monday-Wednesday from 5pm-9pm.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years in customer service.

Qualifications

• License/Certification Required: none.

Skills

• Customer service skills;
• Ability to operate switchboard desirable.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $17.50- $22.60 an hour. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Schedule

Hours are Saturday & Sunday from 3pm-8:30pm and Monday-Wednesday from 5pm-9pm.
