Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform hot and cold bond repairs as per Aircraft SRMs, EAs, or other approved documentation.
- Identify damaged components and select appropriate repair techniques and materials.
- Conduct tasks such as sanding, trimming, priming, and fitting repairs to parts.
- Follow repair sequences, complete necessary documentation, and observe safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
- Record work hours and document all work accomplished daily.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of aviation maintenance experience.
- Certifications: FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) required.
- Knowledge: Familiar with FAA regulations (14 CFR) and composite repair techniques.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Demonstrated leadership ability with reliability, initiative, and strong decision-making skills.
- Proficient in time management and handling multiple priorities under pressure.
Physical Demands
- Constant: Standing, walking, lifting up to 10 lbs., wrist movements, working in varied environmental weather conditions.
- Frequent: Lifting up to 40 lbs., climbing, stooping, squatting, working in confined spaces or overhead positions.
- Occasional: Lifting up to 50 lbs., operating equipment, working in wet conditions, and elevated heights.
