Swim Team Head Coach

About the role

Under the supervision of the Head Swim Team Coach, the Swim Team Coach is responsible to ensure all participants are provided with activities which promote the social, cultural, educational, physical and leadership potential of the child. The Swim Team Coach will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y and the regulating agency. The Swim Team Coach will display and encourage the character traits of caring, responsibility, honesty and respect in the fulfillment of all job duties.

Requirements

• Work under the supervision of the Head Swim Team Coach
• Ensure all participants are provided with activities which promote the social, cultural, educational, physical and leadership potential of the child
• Uphold the employee code of conduct
