Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe, goal-oriented swim lessons.
• Celebrate every milestone as students gain new skills.
• Communicate with families and management to ensure progress and safety.

Requirements

• No prior teaching experience required — we’ll provide full training and mentorship.
• At least 18 years old;
• Able to tread water, lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate swim techniques safely.
• First Aid/CPR/AED (Infant/Child/Adult) — or willingness to obtain with our guidance.

Pay, Schedule & Growth

Pay Range: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour (average including bonuses)

Performance-based pay: earn more as your student schedule grows. Monthly lesson bonus opportunities for high student renewals.
