Position Overview

Swim Instructor / Team Member Part Time Sterling Heights
Big Blue Swim School is seeking energetic, positive team members to join our growing team in Sterling Heights. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for working with children and teaching them essential water safety skills.

What You'll Do

• Work hands-on with young swimmers to build confidence and learn proper swimming techniques
• Create a fun, encouraging environment filled with high-fives, smiles, and splashes
• Lead small group lessons and provide positive reinforcement
• Communicate with families about swimmer progress
• Support each child's progress at their own pace
• No prior swim teaching experience is required, we will teach you everything you need to succeed

Required Qualifications

• Loves teaching kids and helping them grow
• Available to work weeknights and one weekend day
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Previous swimming experience not required
