SweatHouz Mosaic Studio Manager

Traction Wellness Group · Fairfax, VA · 1 wk ago
On-siteArt & Creative$50k–$65k/moFull-time

About the role

Traction Wellness Group is hiring a Studio Manager for SweatHouz Mosaic in the Mosaic District (Fairfax, VA). SweatHouz is the fastest‑growing recovery franchise in the world, with 100+ open locations and 300+ licenses sold, offering contrast therapy (infrared sauna + cold plunge) through private suite experiences. Traction Wellness Group operates SweatHouz studios across five states and continues to expand. As Studio Manager you run the studio from the floor, not a back office. Most of your week is spent managing the team, the schedule, and the numbers: touring first‑timers, closing memberships, coaching sales associates on their pitch, analyzing performance, and deciding what the week needs to hit monthly goals. You set the standard for team energy, suite condition, and tour conversion rate — within about 60 days everything reflects your leadership. This role is not for someone who wants to manage from a desk, avoids sales targets, waits to be told what to do, or needs a schedule handed to them. If the description sounds like a normal Tuesday, keep reading.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the SweatHouz sales and operating model: welcome prospects, deliver a premium experience, convert them to members, and teach your team to do the same.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of sales associates who hit monthly targets and care for members; keep the studio fully staffed.
  • Own cleanliness and consistency so every visit feels elevated, whether it’s a member’s first session or their hundredth.
  • Engage with the Mosaic neighborhood: build partnerships, run events, and create relationships that fill the studio without an ad budget.
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings with other Studio Managers to review performance and build executable plans.
  • Run the studio from the floor: manage the team, schedule, and numbers; tour first‑timers, close memberships, coach sales associates on their pitch; analyze data to determine weekly actions needed to reach monthly goals.
  • Build the schedule, ensure full coverage, and step in when shifts go uncovered (including evenings and weekends).

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales
  • 1+ year managing a team
  • Membership sales experience is a significant advantage
  • Availability for peak hours, including weekends
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus, not required

Pay

$50,000–$65,000 base salary + monthly bonus (Compensation Range: $50K‑$65K)
