SweatHouz Assistant Studio Manager

About the role

Traction Wellness Group is hiring an Assistant Studio Manager for SweatHouz The Marina in San Francisco. SweatHouz is the fastest‑growing recovery franchise in the world, with over 100 open locations and 300+ licenses sold, offering contrast therapy (infrared sauna + cold plunge) through private suite experiences. The company operates studios across five states and continues to expand. As Assistant Studio Manager you will be on the floor running intros, closing memberships, keeping suites and plunges perfect, and ensuring every guest receives a premium experience. You will work alongside the new Studio Manager and be trained by the portfolio Training Lead, stepping in as Manager‑on‑Duty when the Studio Manager is off.

Responsibilities

• Run intros for first‑timers and close memberships yourself.
• Maintain suite and plunge quality to deliver a consistent premium experience.
• Monitor plunge health: perform daily checks, log water chemistry, oversee filters and chemicals, and catch issues early.
• Manage inventory: order, track, and manage all supplies (toiletries, beverages, cleaning products) so nothing runs out on your watch.
• Own shift execution: handle coverage, front desk duties, calls and follow‑ups, suite turnover, and act as Manager‑on‑Duty to keep the studio running smoothly when the Studio Manager is absent.
• Audit Sales Associates’ intros to ensure every first visit is a great one.
• Assist the Studio Manager with onboarding new hires and developing the team through training and skill‑building.
• Audit deep cleans, suite condition, and maintenance follow‑through, upholding operational standards each shift.
• Meet monthly new member goals.
• Achieve a closing percentage of 25% or higher.
• Hit revenue targets.
• Maintain plunge health and inventory accuracy.
• Deliver strong secret shopper scores.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer‑facing fitness/wellness.
• Experience leading or training others is a plus.
• Open availability across all seven days, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule
