About the role
The Assistant Studio Experience Manager plays a vital role in leading and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience, driving membership growth, retention, and revenue. This role embodies the SWTHZ core values of integrity, respect, fairness, and excellence while supporting the Studio Manager in daily operations, team development, and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Executes the relationship-based sales model with each intro and passionately relates how SWTHZ services will satisfy their needs and goals.
- Tours potential members through the studio and describes the facilities, services, and amenities that directly tie back to the intro's individual needs and goals.
- Communicates membership options in a clear and concise manner.
- Effectively and professionally enrolls guests using company sales techniques and protocol.
- Schedules appointments and follows up on all leads and potential new business opportunities.
- Communicates and promotes marketing campaigns and special offers to leads and existing members.
- Monitors and analyzes membership data, tracking key KPIs to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Supports studio membership and revenue goals by collaborating with the Studio Manager and sales team to implement strategies for attracting and retaining members.
- Assists in coaching and mentoring sales associates to enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Assists the Studio Manager in coaching and developing team members by providing training and support to enhance skills and performance.
- Leads by example, demonstrating exceptional work ethic, communication, and customer service skills to inspire the team.
- Supports performance management initiatives, including setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and participating in performance reviews.
- Ensures a clean, welcoming, and safe studio environment by enforcing hygiene and safety protocols.
- Oversees studio cleanliness by coordinating and supporting cleaning staff to maintain high standards.
- Monitors studio operations to identify opportunities for improvement and implements effective solutions to enhance team performance and member experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification.
- 1+ years in a supervisory role.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment, with a focus on relationship-based selling and value-building.

Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Physical activities include squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, prolonged standing, and walking.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and sanitizing agents.
- Must be comfortable with administering CPR/AED protocols.

Pay
$22.00/hour + bonus opportunities.
