Join our dynamic team as a SWD Operator working the night shift in Carlsbad, NM, and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our water disposal facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge water management operations in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on operational excellence and safety. In this role, you'll monitor, operate, and maintain critical water facilities, including source water, SWD, and recycling systems, ensuring seamless, safe, and environmentally responsible operations. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will help optimize production while upholding the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain critical water facilities, including source water, SWD, and recycling systems
• Ensure seamless, safe, and environmentally responsible operations
• Optimize production while upholding the highest safety standards

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of oil and gas experience, preferably in salt water disposal operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Current motor vehicle license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task accurately
• Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience operating Human Machine Interface (HMI) control systems
• Knowledge of chemical treatment processes
• Previous experience in facility startup and shutdown procedures

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Industry experience in water disposal or related operations

• Commitment to following all safety procedures and policies
• Willingness to assist in routine and non-routine sampling, maintenance, and reporting tasks

Schedule

• Ability to work a 7/7 night shift rotation
