The Van Drunen Family of Companies is growing! Expected Pay Range: $20.15 - $22.20 per hour. Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment across processes such as drying, freezing, grinding, sifting, and packaging while maintaining safety and efficiency.
- Set up, assemble, disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment and work areas between production runs.
- Load, unload, transfer, and transport materials and finished products throughout the production process.
- Perform quality checks, including CCP verifications, and identify and escalate any product or process issues.
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, and participate in safety meetings and training.
- Support team operations by communicating effectively, assisting with training, and preparing for upcoming production needs.
What You’ll Bring
- At least six months of production experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- A high school diploma or GED required.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills, with the ability to accurately track counts, weights, and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive, accountable approach.
- Forklift experience preferred and basic computer or ERP system familiarity a plus.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push or pull equipment and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Required use of personal protective equipment including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.
- Ability to work in dusty, cold, hot, humid, wet, loud, or outdoor environments depending on assignment.
- Primarily production-based work with minimal administrative duties, and the ability to meet all physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
