Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's asset inventory and tracking system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit reports on asset usage and performance as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing asset requests in accordance with established guidelines.
- Ensure all assets are properly documented and stored.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in asset management or similar field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of asset management software and systems.
- Experience with data entry and report generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
