Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's asset inventory and tracking system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports on asset usage and performance as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing asset requests in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensure all assets are properly documented and stored.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in asset management or similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of asset management software and systems.
  • Experience with data entry and report generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
