Role: Lead land surveyor responsible for overseeing field survey crews on various projects including boundary, topographic, construction, and utility surveys. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate field activities to ensure efficient project execution.Operate survey equipment accurately and maintain data quality standards.Maintain detailed records of survey data and activities.Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.Collaborate with project teams and clients to meet project objectives.Mentor and supervise junior crew members to develop their skills.
