Survey CAD Technician III
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have content: "Who We Are" (company description) maybe not needed as heading? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. We have: - Who We Are: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the job, not company. But we could treat "Who We Are" as maybe "About the role"? Not exactly. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content to those headings. We have "Your Impact at SAM As a Survey Technician, You Will ..." which is responsibilities. So we can put under
Responsibilities
with list. We have "What You Bring to SAM" which includes experience, skills, qualifications. Could be Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We have "Our Perks" which includes benefits, financial benefits, work-life balance, professional development, perks and discounts, culture and awards. That's benefits. We have salary min/max: Salary Minimum USD $30.00/per hour Salary Maximum USD $40.00/per hour. So we can include Pay section. We have no schedule info, so we should not include Schedule. We have no explicit "About the role" separate from responsibilities; maybe we can include a brief description under About the role summarizing the role (like "Support Office And Field Staff By Processing Incoming Information And Producing Final Land Surveying Project Deliverables.") But we already have responsibilities. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine About the role and Responsibilities? But headings are fixed; we can include About the role with a short paragraph summarizing the role, then Responsibilities with list. That's okay. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include company description? That might be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. But maybe we can include a short paragraph under About the role that includes both company description and role summary. However the instruction says do not repeat the job title as a heading; we can include company description as part of About the role? The heading "About the role" is ambiguous; but we can include company description there as it's about the organization. Might be acceptable. Alternatively we could omit company description if not fitting any heading; but we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it somewhere. Could put it under About the role as a paragraph. Thus sections: - About the role: paragraph describing company and role. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe combine experience and technical skills? Could be "5+ years field and office experience in route survey projects, boundary analysis, DTM projects, and construction layout and data processing". That's a requirement. - Qualifications: maybe certifications like S.I.T. Certification is a plus, etc. - Skills: AutoCAD Civil 3D required; MicroStation is a plus; proficiency in technical math; Geometry and Trigonometry are a plus; Familiarity with GIS platforms is a plus; etc. - Benefits: list of perks. - Pay: salary range. We must not create sections with filler. All have content. We need to use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Thus for each section we can have heading
Section
then eitheror
- ...
- with each benefit as
- . Could group but it's okay.
Now Pay: Salary Minimum USD $30.00/per hour Salary Maximum USD $40.00/per hour.
We'll put in
maybe. Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
