Surveillance Security Officer - Multiple Shifts

Site Location: Lebanon, OH

About the role

As a Surveillance Security Officer, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and similar settings. Your sharp eye and attention to detail will be crucial in monitoring security systems to detect suspicious activity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license, if required
• Current CPR/AED/first aid certifications are a plus

Schedule

Four set schedules available:

• Shift 1: Full-time, Saturday through Tuesday, 2nd Shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Shift 2: Full-time, Monday through Tuesday, 3rd Shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and Wednesday through Friday, 2nd Shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Shift 3: Full-time, 3rd Shift, Saturday through Tuesday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Shift 4: Part-time, Wednesday through Friday, 3rd Shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.16 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
