Security Officer - Multiple Shifts

About the role

As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus on customer service while working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others will reassure and inspire confidence.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Must have an active PPSB license
• Must have CPR First Aid & AED or be willing to obtain
• Must be over the age of 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Must have a state license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Schedule

Full-Time Schedules Available:

• Saturday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (32 hours)
• Monday - Tuesday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (32 hours)
• Wednesday - Sunday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (40 hours)
• Wednesday - Sunday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (40 hours)
• Monday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (32 hours)
• Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (40 hours)

Part-Time Schedules Available:

• Friday - Saturday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (16 hours)

Pay

Competitive hourly wage: $17.58 per hour, bi-weekly (DailyPay available).
