About the role

Penn Play is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Process returns and exchanges according to company policy
  • Provide product information and answer frequently asked questions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in customer service preferred

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
