Surveillance Agent - Full Time (Horseshoe Hammond)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all casino activities on the casino floor and supporting area.
  • Notify appropriate party of suspicious behavior.
  • Record and report on violations of internal controls and criminal behavior.
  • Maintain and update accurate reports and daily logs of all surveillance and casino activity.
  • Review taped incidents to identify gaming problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance of surveillance equipment.
  • Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning equipment.
  • Setup and maintain control standards book, alert files and other departmental documentation.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in English verbal and written.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Must have knowledge of surveillance techniques.
  • 1-2 years experience in surveillance or related field is preferred.
  • Able to work with confidential data required.
  • Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
  • Ability to visually monitor multiple screens/monitors simultaneously for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to tolerate an enclosed work environment with no windows.
  • Must be able to tolerate working in a cool environment kept at 65-68 degrees.
  • Must be able to work in a dimly lit room.
  • Must be able to work in a seated position for extended periods of time.
