Surveillance Officer Agent - Full Time (Harrah's LV)
Responsibilities
- Has knowledge of all slot/games procedures and Title 31 of Nevada State Gaming Commission.
- Ensures all surveillance equipment is operating at start of shift, during shift and completion of shift.
- Maintains all logs and ensures accuracy of log entries.
- Maintains confidentiality of all Hotel/Casino information.
- Reports all incidents observed on shift to the Director of Surveillance, Surveillance Manager or on-shift Surveillance Supervisor.
- Communicates incidents to pit personnel by phone.
Qualifications
- Requires one year of games surveillance experience.
- Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Ability to interface effectively with public and co-workers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of all Casino/Hotel operations.
About the Role
The Surveillance Officer Agent protects the assets of the Casino through the use of gaming and security cameras. This role requires a fast-paced environment where one must handle large amounts of information and take appropriate actions to correct situations. Training and interaction with law enforcement and courtrooms are also part of this position.
