Responsibilities
- Observe all activities of guests and team members on the casino floor, cage areas, and count rooms via closed circuit television (cctv), for any instances of criminal activity and/or violations of the state gaming regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Record such activities, where appropriate, and report observations to appropriate company and state officials when necessary.
- Aid in answering phone calls, monitoring the radio, maintaining the daily log, and writing reports.
- Assume responsibility for the surveillance room in the absence of a shift supervisor and/or relief shift supervisor.
- Directly supervise team members in the Surveillance room in the absence of a shift supervisor and/or relief shift supervisor, when assigned.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of surveillance and casino operations.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a noisy environment.
- Ability to work in a smoking environment.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
