About the role
Territory Manager (TM) at Hologic, responsible for leading year-on-year growth in the GYN Surgical portfolio, including NovaSure™ and MyoSure™ systems. Focus on expanding reach and developing clinical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales calls and build rapport with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, payers, insurers, health-care providers, and others.
- Develop and manage sales funnels to analyze, track, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Craft long-lasting relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and partner to key decision makers.
- Provide clinical expertise in the surgical space, supporting physicians and clinical professionals with technical support in surgery.
- Educate surgeons and nurses on all GYN Surgical products within the portfolio.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team including clinical, sales, service, technology, and national accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, biomedical, Sales, business, or marketing discipline.
- Demonstrated 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical sales.
- Natural ability to build meaningful business relationships, handle objections and negotiations.
- Top performer in previous roles, winning prestigious awards such as Presidents Club and/or Circle of Excellence.
Qualifications
- Valid driving license and satisfactory driving record.
- Serviceable vehicle available for work use.
- Travel to regional accounts and medical conventions may require overnight stays.
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiations.
- Technical knowledge of GYN Surgical products.
- Ability to educate and train medical professionals.
Benefits
Compensation range: $150,000 - $225,000, 100% commission-based.
