Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor within 30 days of employment start date (CST)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CS-T) or Certified Tech in Surgery (CT-S)
• At least 1 year of hospital experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the surgical suite with instruments, supplies, and advanced equipment
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping
• Scrub in and partner with the surgical team, providing instruments, handling specimens, and anticipating needs
• Maintain sterile technique, monitor patients and equipment, and respond to concerns promptly
• Support a high-performing, collaborative team environment
