Surgical Technologist III PRN

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Surgical Technician III will assist during surgical procedures, demonstrating knowledge and skills in asepsis, equipment setup, and case management.

Position Requirements

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current AHA or ARC BLS Certification, State of Colorado Surgical Registry required (DORA); Current CST Certification from NBSTSA preferred.
• Education: Graduation from an accredited program for Operating Room Technicians preferred.
• Experience: 3 or more years of experience as a Surgery Technician preferred.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Advanced knowledge in the scrub role, proficient in multiple service lines/specialties, good organizational skills, positive communication, ability to handle medications, syringes, needles, and oversee them under RN supervision.
