Job Summary and Qualifications
The Surgical Technician will provide assistance during surgical procedures, set up required equipment and sterile supplies, pull cases as needed, and break down cases at the end of the procedure. They must demonstrate knowledge of instrumentation, equipment, and supply needs for various surgical procedures. The role requires a current BLS Certification through AHA or ARC, registration as a Surgical Tech by Colorado DORA, graduation from an accredited program for Operating Room Technicians, and one year of experience as a Surgery Technician or Certified Surgical Technician.
