Surgical Technologist

About the role

Franklin Surgery Center is seeking a full-time Surgical Technologist to support endoscopic and surgical procedures in a dynamic, fast-paced ambulatory facility.

Schedule

• Consistent weekday schedules
• No weekends, no on-call shifts, and no holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for endoscopic and surgical procedures
• Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and maintain a sterile field
• Manage surgical instrumentation and equipment
• Assist the surgical team with patient positioning and preparation
• Anticipate and respond to the needs of the surgical team during procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
