Surgical Technologist

Seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) to support surgical teams in a rural critical access hospital. Key Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms and maintain a sterile, aseptic field.Sterilize, assemble, and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures.Verify patient and procedure information.Handle surgical specimens and ensure proper processing.Perform accurate instrument, sponge, and needle counts.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff to support safe, efficient, compassionate patient care.Maintain surgical inventory and ensure correct availability of supplies. Qualifications & Skills Certified Surgical Technician credentials.Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.Detail-oriented with reliable counting and documentation practices.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment and as part of a care team.
