Role: Surgical Technologist
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and sterile supplies to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment.
- Maintain strict aseptic technique to prevent infections.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, ensuring proper instrument and sponge counts.
- Operate and care for sterilization equipment to uphold sterilization standards.
- Support documentation, specimen handling, and adherence to safety protocols.
