Surgical Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 24-hour management of a healthcare unit, ensuring patient care meets established standards.
• Lead a team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care, demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies, fostering a positive environment for staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required.
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
• One to two years of progressive management or leadership experience.
• Current RN license in the state of Nevada and BCLS certification.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care, demonstrating relevant knowledge and skills.
