Responsibilities Manage the assigned hospital unit 24/7, ensuring patient care aligns with established standards. Oversee clinical operations, coordinate staff, and maintain quality and safety protocols to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required.Minimum of two years of clinical experience and one to two years of progressive management experience.Current RN license in the state of practice and BCLS certification. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care for diverse patient populations.
