Responsibilities Responsible for the 24-hour management of an assigned nursing unit, ensuring patient care meets established standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN required.Minimum of two years of clinical experience and one to two years of progressive management experience.Current RN license in the state and BCLS certification. Must demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care for patients served on the unit.
