Surgical (Scrub) Tech - Weekends - $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Under the supervision of an Operating Room Registered Nurse, the Surgical Technician / Operating (OR) Tech assists in providing nursing care to a designated population in collaboration with the health‑care team. The role may be unlicensed, certified, or licensed and requires additional training through in‑house certifications or successful completion of role‑specific certification or licensing.

Responsibilities

• Participates in direct one‑to‑one patient observation to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Engages in therapeutic communication and assists nurses and designated health‑care professionals in keeping detailed records.
• Maintains clear communication between the entire care team and works with patients and families.
• May serve as a resource (lead), role model, and/or mentor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school, completing a GED, or have obtained a high school diploma or GED.
• Specialty license, certification, training, or experience according to the assignment area in the applicable state(s) of engagement.
• Required certification or successful completion of role‑specific certification or licensing; additional in‑house certifications preferred.

Pay

$5,000 sign‑on bonus with a two‑year commitment (limited to new colleagues joining the organization or returning after a year or longer).

Schedule

Part‑time days, including Saturdays and Sundays.
