Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors
- Pre-register and admit patients
- Answer telephones
- Schedule surgery
- Pull old medical records
- Sort mail
- Handle payments and forward payments to the cashier
Requirements
- Previous medical office experience of at least three years with use of medical terminology
- Computer and office experience with good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- High school graduate; additional education beneficial
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence
