About the role

Our Surgery department has 12 fast paced rooms at Waterloo Medical Center. Our cases include trauma, orthopedic, podiatry, general surgery, urology, robotics and neurosurgery. RNs scrub, circulate and assist.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
• Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
• Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.

Requirements

• Current IA RN license
• BSN preferred
• No previous experience required

Pay

$10,000 sign‑on bonus; relocation assistance offered for moves as little as 50 miles.

Schedule

Full‑time 36 or 40 hours available (flexible, 3‑12s, 4‑10s, etc.); scheduled hours depend on cases; evening and weekend call required with response within 30 minutes when on call.
