Surgical Oncologist - Breast and Melanoma

Role Overview Seeking a full-time surgical oncologist to join a thriving practice specializing in breast and melanoma surgery. The ideal candidate is fellowship-trained, board-certified or eligible, with experience in breast surgical oncology or complex general surgical oncology. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including breast imagers, reconstructive surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, and researchers. Key Responsibilities Performing surgical management of breast and melanoma patients, with >80% of consultations resulting in surgery.Participating in educational activities for residency and fellowship programs.Engaging in clinical research, translational, and basic science projects.Contributing to academic achievement and innovation within a collaborative environment. Qualifications & Skills Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery.Fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology or Complex General Surgical Oncology.Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota.
