Surgical Licensed Practical Nurse

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse or Graduate LPN in the Surgical 3B unit. Responsibilities Provide compassionate bedside care and support post-operative recovery.Administer medications and assist with surgical preparations under RN and physician supervision.Monitor vital signs and document accurately in the EMR.Educate patients and their families about care and recovery processes.Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills Valid LPN license or recent graduation as an LPN.Strong clinical skills in patient care and medication administration.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
