Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment or a valid compact license
- At least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVN, with a minimum of 6 months in a skilled nursing facility
