Surgical ICU Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care for post-surgical and critically ill patients
• Perform complex assessments, titrate drips, manage ventilators, and deliver rapid response support
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure safe transitions of care and educate patients and families
• Uphold infection prevention and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse licensure
• Experience in critical care, surgical, or ICU settings preferred
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to high-pressure situations
