Responsibilities
- Provide expert, compassionate care to high-acuity post-surgical patients
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Manage ventilators and invasive lines
- Administer and titrate IV medications
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Experience with critical care and post-surgical patient management
- Proficiency in ventilator management, invasive lines, and IV medication administration
- Strong assessment and rapid decision-making skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
