Surgical ICU Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based post-surgical care to high-acuity patients
• Continuously assess and monitor complex patient conditions
• Manage ventilators and IV drips effectively
• Respond promptly to rapid changes in patient status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license
• Experience in critical or surgical care preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care skills
