About the role
Provide inpatient coverage with 5-7 shifts per month, starting as soon as credentialed. Work hours are from 8am-5pm with night call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage an inpatient setting with an average daily census of 20-30 patients
- Handle 1-2 admits per night
- Up to 10 consults
- Cover 20 patients with APP support, including 1 surgery per night
- Perform spine and cranial procedures
Support
- Supervision and support from Advanced Practice Providers (APP)
- Travel arrangements
- Credentialing assistance
- Malpractice coverage
Qualifications
- Board Certification required
- Georgia (GA) license needed
