The Albany Med Health System seeks a highly skilled and experienced surgeon to join their esteemed team. With extensive surgical practices across multiple hospitals, this role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading specialists in various fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive surgical care
• Perform a wide range of surgeries including bariatric, breast cancer, cardiothoracic, colorectal, critical care, ENT, endocrine, endovascular neurosurgery, general neurosurgery, obstetrics & gynecology, orthopedic, surgical oncology, thoracic transplant surgery, trauma, and urology
• Contribute to the advancement of surgical knowledge and patient outcomes through research and clinical practice
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in relevant surgical specialty
• At least 10 years of relevant surgical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$385,000 - $513,000 annually
