About the role

We are looking for a field technician to join our growing local team. Surface Experts is a national franchise focused on surface repair as an alternative to replacement or complete refinishing, helping customers reduce waste of time, money, and materials.

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands (e.g., construction, manufacturing, or a hands-on hobby)
• Facilities maintenance experience is helpful but not required
• Art background is beneficial but not necessary (color matching is a key part of the job)
• Must not be color blind
• Ability to make at least a 2-year commitment due to extensive training
