Requirements

• Experience working with your hands (e.g., construction, manufacturing, or hobbies)
• Facilities maintenance experience is helpful but not required
• Experience in tub resurfacing, surface prep, or automotive prep and painting is a plus
• Art background or understanding of color matching is beneficial (color blindness disqualifies candidates)
• Commitment to a minimum 2-year tenure due to extensive training
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Excellent work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
