About the Role

We are hiring a technician to focus on our growing low-impact bathtub and sink refinishing business, in addition to apprenticing to learn many of our spot repair techniques to support the broader business. Our roll-on method minimizes impact to the unit, resident, and technician—we do not spray refinishing glaze.

Responsibilities

• Preparing tubs (light cleaning, removing old caulking, sanding away flaking glaze, masking)
• Applying glaze using a roll-on method
• Re-caulking tubs and sinks
• Leaving the workspace cleaner than you found it
• Most tubs take between 2.5 and 3 hours to complete

Requirements

• Ability to work independently—driving to job locations, meeting with property maintenance teams, and performing work
• Some experience in services/trades
• Strong English language skills
• Comfortable wearing a respirator mask for extended periods
• Attention to detail and service-minded approach
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, climb stairs, and kneel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands (professional or hobby), including maintenance, construction, trades, restoration, or home projects
• Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
