Requirements

• Experience working with your hands (e.g., construction, manufacturing, or hobbies)
• Facilities maintenance experience is helpful but not required
• Experience in tub resurfacing, surface prep, or automotive prep and painting is a plus
• Art background or understanding of color matching is beneficial (color blindness disqualifies)
• Ability to make at least a 2-year commitment due to extensive training
