Supportive Counselor

Responsibilities

• Connect clients with community resources and recovery supports
• Assist clients in building long-term recovery connections
• Facilitate individual and group sessions under clinical supervision
• Support clients and families throughout treatment
• Participate in treatment team and community meetings
• Collaborate with families, providers, referral sources, and community partners
• Maintain client documentation and treatment records

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (preferred)
• 1+ year experience in substance use treatment or client support (recommended)
• Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and commitment to recovery
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse teams
