Responsibilities

• Connect individuals with community resources and recovery supports
• Help clients build long-term recovery connections
• Facilitate individual and group sessions under clinical supervision
• Support clients and families throughout the treatment process
• Participate in treatment team and community meetings
• Collaborate with families, providers, referral sources, and community partners
• Maintain client documentation and treatment records

Requirements

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
• Recommended: 1+ year of experience in substance use treatment or direct client support
