Supported Independent Living - Community Program Manager

About the role

KenCrest is seeking a Community Program Manager to oversee Community Support Workers in their Supported Independent Living program. The Community Support Workers assist people with intellectual disabilities and diverse behavioral and mental health needs in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Community Support Workers
• Provide regular assistance and oversight to day-to-day operations
• Manage scheduling
• Assist with consumer assessments and caseload management
• Maintain state regulatory compliance standards
• Perform other support duties as necessary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, Mental or Behavioral Health needs
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a supervisory role
• Valid Driver’s License
